Return Policy

Order Cancellations:

To cancel an order placed the same day, please reach out to our team at 904-625-6430.

If an order has already been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will apply to any unopened items returned within 10 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products cannot be returned after 15 days.

Damaged Goods:

Covered Fabrics, LLC US ensures all packages are securely packed, but we understand that damage may occasionally occur during transit. If you receive damaged goods, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns:

Please contact us to obtain a return authorization before sending back any products.

Returned merchandise must be in new condition to qualify for a refund.

All fabric must be returned rolled, not folded.

A 25% restocking fee will apply to returns of unopened and uncut products, and items must be sent back within 10 days of receipt.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns will not be accepted after 15 days.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer. Any re-shipment costs of an order will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of re-shipment.

Defective Products:

Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Upon notification, Covered Fabrics, LLC US will issue a UPS return label to facilitate the return. Orders canceled due to defective products will be subject to a 15% – 25% cancellation fee.

Refunds:

Any approved refunds or exceptions to the above policies will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout, provided the refund amount is over $50.00 USD.

For refunds under $50.00 USD, a store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon, which can be redeemed within one year from the date the store credit is provided.
